Order Processing

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

 International Shipping

ELIRA ships to selected international destinations.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

ELIRA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.

 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

* Your order number
* Photos of the damaged product
* Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work toward a suitable resolution.

 Shipping Restrictions
