At ELIRA customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened or used beauty and personal care products
Cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and hygiene products that have been opened or used
Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards
Sale, clearance, or promotional items

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need a different item, the quickest option is to return the eligible product and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
